BNG will be a legal requirement for small-site development from Tuesday 2nd April 2024. So far, there has been little discussion on the potential challenges associated with BNG delivery for SMEs – including relatively small Biodiversity Unit requirements where on-site delivery may be ineffective.

In collaboration with HBF, this webinar is an opportunity for Environment Bank to bring SME developers up to speed on their legal requirements, discuss the pros and cons of on-site delivery, and educate them on their off-site options through our Habitat Bank network.
